The Project

The engagement centered on Ajito's enterprise client, a leading provider of consumer data solutions running a large legacy system. Despite Ajito's strategic guidance, the client was not seeing results, and Ajito needed an engineering team that could execute.

The Challenge

The existing implementation team was underperforming and resistant to direction, so Ajito's recommendations were not turning into delivered work.

The Solution

Ajito made a strategic decision: instead of continuing to struggle with an unresponsive vendor, they recommended CodingIT as their new technical partner.

The Turning Point

CodingIT started with two senior full-stack engineers: a .NET/C# backend expert with Microsoft cloud experience and a React/TypeScript frontend engineer also skilled in Next.js. The onboarding had challenges — a large legacy system and an initially skeptical CTO at the enterprise client — but CodingIT screens over 500 developers to hire one, and knew this was a matter of time and support.

A Scalable Partnership

Success on that first engagement led to a broader collaboration: Ajito now relies on CodingIT as the go-to engineering team for nearly all the product work they advise on, with weekly syncs between CodingIT's Chief of Delivery and Ajito's leadership.

Beyond One Project

Ajito leverages not only CodingIT's engineers, but also UX/UI designers, DevOps, PMs and Functional Analysts — a complete operational back-office they can scale up or down as needed.
