The Project
The client is a direct-to-consumer health company in the US. They engaged CodingIT under a staffing model rather than a project one, while growing direct-to-consumer and business-to-business at once.
The Challenge
The constraint was never the roadmap. It was the people to build it: in-house recruitment was holding product delivery back, the client needed engineers they could rely on inside their own team, and every engineer added had to match how the existing team already worked.
The Solution
CodingIT operates as the client's hiring and delivery engine. They engage CodingIT to find the right people, and those people work inside their team, to their process, on their roadmap.
The Embedded Team
10 CodingIT engineers on the client's 14-developer team, plus two QA engineers and a part-time project manager, also from CodingIT, with fast onboarding and engineers matched for culture fit as well as skill.
Product Surfaces Shipped
Survey intake flows, a homepage that guides users through the customer journey, and the results portal, including a redesign of the core results experience and its PDF counterpart.
Commerce and Compliance
Stripe payment integrations for practitioner orders, integrations across subscriptions, shipping status and email delivery, all inside a HIPAA-compliant environment.
